How much?:

I judge each project on the following criteria:

  • My interest in the work

  • My commitment to the 'cause' - in which case I may work for free

  • Whether I like the client

  • The ability of the client to pay

I seek to work WITH good people - on projects I believe in - rather than working FOR people - purely for money.

I'm happy to offer thoughts and observations FOR FREE

Also - in the spirit of 'Commons'* and Anarcho-Syndicalism (!) I am willing to work on a barter basis.

  • Do I have something you need?

  • Do you have something I need?

Our relationship should be mutual which feels radical - because it requires TRUST from both parties.

But I'm attempting to work outside mere 'transactional' relationships.

If this sounds of interest get in touch - I'd love to hear about what you're up to.

If you're a multinational - this does not apply to you!

  • * 'Commons':

In a cooperative business context, "Commons" refers to resources, spaces, or services that are shared and managed collectively for mutual benefit rather than private profit.

By framing my work around the Commons, I am positioning my services as a shared asset created with and for my client network.

Practically, this means:

  • Shared value: Success is built together, ensuring the benefits are shared fairly between everyone involved.

  • Co-ownership: Projects are treated as shared assets that both client and agent have a genuine stake in nurturing and protecting.

  • Mutual support: The relationship is built on fair exchange, openness, and cooperation, moving away from a standard agent-and-client dynamic.
